By using this website or submitting a puppy inquiry, you agree to comply with these terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Health Guarantee.

Eligibility and Responsible Puppy Placement

To inquire about or reserve a puppy from Nine Tails Dobermann, you must be at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in the United States. Because the lifelong welfare of every puppy in our nursery is our highest priority, we reserve the right to evaluate every adoption inquiry and decline a placement if we believe a household environment is unsuitable for the physical or emotional needs of a Dobermann Pinscher.

Puppy Adoption Inclusions

All pricing displayed on ninetailsdobermann.com is stated in United States Dollars. As listed on our Available Puppies page, all ten week old and twelve week old Dobermann puppies are listed with their individual details on our Available Puppies page. Each puppy purchase price includes an official veterinary health examination prior to transfer, age appropriate vaccinations, preventative deworming treatments, a licensed veterinary health certificate, AKC registration documentation, a starter food supply, and our written one year congenital and hereditary health warranty.

Reservation Agreements and Transfer of Ownership

Submitting an online inquiry form expresses interest in a puppy but does not automatically reserve that puppy until our family reviews your inquiry and both parties sign a written Purchase and Health Guarantee Agreement. Once a reservation deposit or full payment is confirmed under a signed agreement, we mark the puppy as reserved exclusively for your household. Full payment must be completed prior to in person pickup or prior to the departure of our accompanied cabin Flight Nanny.

Buyer Responsibilities Upon Arrival

By adopting a puppy from Nine Tails Dobermann, the buyer agrees to provide humane indoor living conditions, nutritious large breed puppy food, fresh water, daily exercise in a safe area, and regular veterinary care. Buyers agree to have their new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy two hours of pickup or delivery to verify the puppy smooth travel transition and maintain active coverage under our one year health guarantee. Buyers also pledge never to surrender a Nine Tails Dobermann dog to a municipal animal shelter, pound, or third party broker; if life circumstances ever prevent you from keeping your dog, you must contact us first so we can assist with approved rehoming.

All photographs, puppy profiles, parent descriptions, written educational guides, logos, and design elements published on ninetailsdobermann.com are the property of Nine Tails Dobermann and are protected by United States copyright laws. Visitors may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use while researching a puppy adoption, but may not copy, republish, or redistribute our photographs or text on other websites without prior written permission.
